2. What we collect and why

We collect this information because it is necessary to provide the service you have asked for, to comply with customs, tax and record-keeping law, and for our legitimate interest in running the business securely.

3. Who processes information for us

These service providers handle information strictly on our instructions:

  • Email delivery provider, sends account, pre-alert, package status, receipt and support emails. Receives your name, email address and the contents of the message.
  • Hosting and application platform, runs the website and its server functions.
  • Managed database and file storage provider, stores account data, package data, invoices and photographs.
  • Sign-in providers, where you choose to sign in with a third-party account, that provider confirms your identity to us.

We do not sell your information. We share it with Jamaica Customs, airlines, shipping lines, couriers and our Miami warehouse only as needed to move and clear your shipment, and with law enforcement or regulators where we are legally required to do so.

Because our Miami warehouse and our technology providers operate outside Jamaica, your information is transferred and stored abroad. The safeguards applied to those transfers are [TO CONFIRM, owner/legal: international transfer safeguards].

4. How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and for any legal record-keeping period that applies. Our confirmed retention periods are:

Access is restricted by role. Staff see only what their branch and role permit; sensitive fields such as collector ID numbers are masked in listings. Uploaded files are stored privately and served through time-limited links. Account access requires a password, and administrators can disable an account immediately.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it where we are not required to keep it, restrict or object to certain uses, or withdraw consent where we relied on consent. 7. Cookies and analytics
